Returns Policy

At Boox2U, we aim to provide flexibility to our retail partners through our sale-or-return program on selected book ranges.
Please review the following conditions to determine eligibility and the process for returns.
 

1. What Items Can Be Returned?

Sale-or-return is available on selected titles only. To qualify for return, stock must:

  • Be less than 9 months old from the date of purchase

  • Have been held in store for at least 3 months

  • Be in pristine, resaleable condition

  • Be part of our current active product range

  • Be accompanied by an approved Return Authorisation (RA)

  • Be submitted together with a new order

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

2. Return Timeframes

Eligible items must be returned within 3 to 9 months from the original purchase date. Stock outside this timeframe is not eligible for return.

3. Where to Return Items

Returns can be arranged in one of the following ways:

  • Sent to our warehouse (shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer), or

  • Returned via your Boox2U sales representative or agent, where applicable.

4. How to Arrange a Return

Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Authorisation. All returns must include proof that the stock was originally purchased from Boox2U.

To request authorisation, please contact your sales representative or our customer service team with the relevant order details.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Retailers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items.

6. Credits for Returns

Approved returns will be issued as a credit to your account, which will be applied to a future invoice. Refunds are not available.

7. In-Store Returns

Boox2U does not operate retail locations; therefore, in-store returns are not available.

8.Packaging Requirements

Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging; however, they must be packed securely and arrive in pristine, resaleable condition.
